How Do You OBWL?

I’m doing a survey on what the best way to communicate time sensitive info to our GMs is.  I’m talking about announcements, not notifications for new articles or stuff like that.  This survey is asking about things like the “sim complete” notification, schedule news, and any other communications straight from the Commissioner.
